Dr. Harold J. Harlan, Entomologist

Harold Harlan earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from The Ohio State University, and specializes in medical entomology and acarology. He served 25 years on active duty as a U.S. Army Medical Entomologist, retiring in 1994. He has been a Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E.) in Medical and Veterinary Entomology since 1973; and in Urban and Industrial Entomology since 1999.

Harlan has published more than 30 articles in scientifically peer-reviewed journals. He was the National Pest Management Association staff entomologist for more than eight years, and currently serves as a senior science associate with Kadix Systems, working on information research and related technical document revision for the Defense Pest Management Information Analysis Center (DPMIAC, AFPMB) in Silver Spring, MD.

Dr. Bob Davis BCE, Market Development Specialist

As a Market Development Specialist for the professional pest control group of BASF - The Chemical Company, Bob Davis provides research and development services throughout the Southwestern United States for BASF's full line of professional pest control products. He also serves as a technical resource for BASF customers and sales staff with over 20 years of professional pest control-related experience.

Davis received his education from the University of Nebraska, earning a degree in Natural Resources, an advanced degree in Entomology and later his Doctorate in Philosophy. His graduate work focused on testing and evaluating termite control techniques.

Prior to his graduate studies, Davis held several positions in professional pest management, including working as a pest control operator for Arrow Pest Control in Lincoln, NE and as a pest control technician for Mid-State Pest Control of Lincoln, NE. After completion of his graduate studies, Dr. Davis was employed as the Training & Technical Director for ABC Pest & Lawn Services of Austin, TX.

Steven David, REALTOR

Steven David, a practicing REALTOR for 33 years, is a Senior Instructor for the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and former Chairman of Professional Development (Education) for the 156,000 member Florida Association of REALTORS. David also served as State President of the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers council.
